I The Assignment

There are various ways by which we can categorize or classify the numerous laws within our legal system. One such classification is based on whether the law is of a
public
or
private
nature. Each type has a potentially critical impact upon the operation of a business and the measures that may be relied upon to prevent, control and / or respond to a myriad of legal issues. In no more than two to three pages, please address the following three (3) issues.

One,
describe the
distinctions
between public and private law, with reference to the parties, the forums for conflict resolution, the objectives, and anything further that may be regarded as a relevant identifying aspect of the two areas.

Two,
identify two types of legal issues that may arise within the area of public law and two that may arise within the area private law.

Three,
generally what can a business do to protect itself from being impacted by legal issues that may arise as a result of its formation or ongoing operation.
