The modern healthcare advancements have posed multiple challenges levels to health professionals. In fact, managing a diverse environment of work along with satisfying the needs and expectations of all stakeholders is a typical task to carry out. Certain frameworks linked to work are implemented to manage the work life balance of the healthcare professionals (Hawkins et al., 2017).
There are some core components/principles in this context that health professionals are anticipated to follow. These frameworks are majorly related to planning, organization of the work policies and administering the same for successful growth along with keeping up the conflict resolution on priority. The following is the analysis of these three management frameworks and the ways, in which they are seen in the practical settings.
