This paper deals with the impact of the different economic factors in the failure of a certain organisation. Economic and financial management is interlinked with each other. In that context, it can be added that financial management is focusing on the management
of funds within the organisational structure. The management activities that are performed through the financial management process can help in the achievement of the objectives that the business companies are settled in terms of their economic filed. Therefore, the economic management process is focusing on the creation as well as in the achievement of organisational objectives based on the financial management practices. The discussion of this assignment is based on the mantle and financial management process. The discussion of this paper is dealing with the financial and economic management practices of the American failed company, Boo.com Corporation.
There are different factors, which disrupt the economic stability of the company, and this ultimately leads them to utter failure. The surrounding atmosphere and the different economic influences need to be observed very steadily to understand the ways through which the different plans can be implemented. Besides that, the need for the perfect plan to cope up with the different economic difficulties is also needed. This paper provides a brief understanding of the different Macro and Micro-economic factors and their influences on the different organisations. With an overview of the overall discussion of this assignment, which is based on the macro and microeconomic factors of the Boo.com Corporation the financial and accounting practices can be applied with the effective ways.
