Several information technology companies, financial services, and educational institutions are using artificial intelligence in their e-learning process. The dynamic nature of artificial intelligence attracts students to develop more engagement as compared to outdated documents. Artificial intelligence can initiate new learning methods, and innovative technologies are also created in the process. In fake intelligence, process problems are solved that can be solved only by the human brain. When we surf the internet, the pop-up called suggestions is what artificial intelligence uses to study our patterns. Ways artificial intelligence shapes e-learning Real-time questioning It works exactly like a virtual tutor and answers questions on the go. A significant issue that learners face while learning is the inability to answer any doubt that pops up in their mind while learning any specific branch of their study (Colchester et al.,2017). Sometimes learners and students do not feel confident of clearing their doubts from their tutors. They think that might make them look less intelligent. To solve this complication and create a free learning environment, learners need to ask questions immediately and get their answers directly. This will less complicate their process of learning. The incorporation of artificial intelligence in the learning process will help avoid any shyness in asking the trainer or searching the internet. By asking the artificial intelligence machine, this problem is easily solved. Artificial intelligence machines can learn mounds of data in proper training conditions. Natural language processing Artificial intelligence has a sub-category of learning that enables computers to understand and processing human languages (Choy et al., 2018). It is all about an interesting matter of talking to an artificial intelligence machine just as we speak to human beings. This all can happen in the language that an individual prefers. Everybody wishes to talk to their trainers in their native language. Artificial intelligence has made all this very easy and convenient. Most importantly, nowadays, this facility is accessible to millions of people all over the world. Integration of e-learning courses with an assistant on artificial intelligence will make learning more comfortable and engaging. It saves a lot of time as well. The whole process of learning becomes much more efficient and smarter. Improvement of accessibility People with disabilities have been greatly relieved by artificial intelligence discoveries. The seeing app helps blind people to see the world through the help of artificial intelligence. They can read and describe everything and every object surrounding a blind person (Brynjolfsson & Mcafee,2017). It can even read the expression on a person's face standing in front of a blind individual. Artificial intelligence helps in converting spoken languages to transcripts and captions. This allows people with hearing disabilities to understand subjects easily. People who have mobility issues can use artificial intelligence as a virtual assistant to respond to any voice command. The artificial intelligence assistant can learn an infinite number of tasks that will enhance learners' performance support with an increasing graph. Generate fresh content Artificial intelligence is being used for the creation and generation of fresh content. The technology is being used already for the generation of new responses by using training resources that exist online. Instructional designers can be relieved of the pain of framing and designing an entire e-learning course using artificial intelligence. Personalization of learning Corporate training has a general approach of delivering the same kind of content to every individual learner (Bakeer & Abu-Naser, 2019). It can get pressurizing for a single learner to meet every individual’s needs. This approach may not be suitable for every learner because every individual has a different learning speed. Artificial intelligence makes it easier to keep track of the previous learning graph of an individual. That data is used to improvise the current learning material. This process provides a completely personalized process of learning. The technology can also examine a learner’s progress in the process of learning. This helps assess the proficiency or lacking areas of a learner so that they can do alterations accordingly. If appropriately equipped, artificial intelligence learning can perform wonders. It will take some time to upgrade the whole e-learning industry, and hopefully, the future will see much richer innovations. New learning pathways in the coming decade Interactions between humans mostly dominate the learning process. Artificial intelligence innovation has been very slow in adapting to attributes like human beings. The power of understanding and reception is not much yet mastered by artificial intelligence. There are certain areas where indeed, artificial intelligence's strengths fill-up the high-end needs and gaps in the learning process. Artificial intelligence can analyze large quantities of data and provide fresh and new data automatically. Continuous tracking of learning progress and data helps teachers to understand a learner’s graph of performance better. More effective and can devise much enhanced personalized learning plans in this way. Virtual facilitators Artificial intelligence has the power to replace a lecturer with a robot very soon. This is not possible entirely, but already virtual facilitators are in place (Adadi & Berrada,2018). They can perform activities similar to human beings. By the use of touchless technology, virtual facilitators can perform acts like humans. They do it absolutely in a natural way. Learning environments that are much smarter and more convenient are created by creating virtual characters and interactions of social nature. Intelligent tutoring systems Artificial intelligence can compress a whole lecture into a set of flashcards. It can also help a tutor in complete hassle-free learning by the provision of smart guides for study. Mastery learning is a process that supports effective and individualized tutoring in the classroom. Sherlock is an elegant and intelligent learning process used for teaching technicians in the Airforce. Another smart system is avatar-based training. This was also developed for personnel of the military. Smart learning content Smart content is a buzzword now because artificial intelligence can create content with equal grammatical powers as human experts. All levels of learning are welcoming textbook guides in a digital form. Incorporate sectors also smart learning is a hot selling cake now. In an organization, this will be more helpful if troubleshooting guides can be formulated by artificial intelligence. Can also create digital curriculums with artificial intelligence systems. Learning Management system Learning management systems that act by artificial intelligence systems always make a learner's journey smooth and help them understand their courses of study better. The benefits of a learning management system based on artificial intelligence are immense. 1) The content created is very highly customized and easy to adapt to a learner's requirements. 2) Communication with users becomes much more comfortable through avatars. 3) Data about the learner's progress is easily accessed, and the level of understanding is also recorded conveniently. 4) The system is easily modified depending on the response of the learners. 5) Chatbots assist the whole learning process and provide tailored information to learners. 6) Identification of students who struggle with any course or test becomes more comfortable. 7) Adaptive learning process is offered to learners. 8) Gaming tools make the learning process relevant and much engaging. Future of artificial intelligence in e-learning Artificial intelligence is being incorporated in every process of learning. The main challenge is to prepare students for a change in their learning system. Students will need to understand that artificial intelligence will perform automation and performance of repetitive tasks. In specific roles, emotional and creative skills are also required. Can achieve best and desired results through the combination of human abilities and artificial intelligence systems. Subjects like foreign languages and mathematics will become much more comfortable to teach with the use of artificial intelligence. The role of teachers is inevitable because the rules and exceptions need to be explained to the students. Further research is required for the successful implementation of artificial intelligence in learning systems. Artificial intelligence and e-learning in the current era Artificial intelligence is in use in people's lives from earlier times, similar to that of computers. It emerged as a tool with applications in real life only a few years ago. Artificial intelligence has become a more common word now and is more into the day-to-day life of people. Artificial intelligence systems are continuing to evolve, but they are still under the limitation of performing within whatever they are programmed to do. Artificial intelligence is making the learner's life easier through chatbots and algorithms. They perform their tasks as complete virtual assistants to help learners access their course materials (Aissaoui et al., 2019). Language learning apps are more comfortable and more convenient to use now due to artificial intelligence systems. There will be more innovative ways where people will be able to use the benefits of artificial intelligence. People will be able to use more and more artificial intelligence features in the future and discover more advantages. Impact of artificial intelligence in education Traditional educational methods are being modified by artificial intelligence with great ease. Social media use, recognition of speech, and artificial intelligence have become an essential part of our lives (Goksel & Bozkurt, 2019). The whole academic world has been personalized in a lot more ways, and people can now access educational stuff online with just a simple click. Only a computer and a robust internet connection are all that are needed for e-learning nowadays. No more weather hazards come in the way of students and their classes. Attending physical classes regularly is impacted by various factors. Early learning Nowadays, parents are aiming at early education for their little ones. This is the place that has been captivated by the benefits of artificial intelligence. The new age parents want their little ones to start their early education as soon as possible (Kolekar et al., 2018). The various apps that use artificial intelligence are great for providing relevant tutorials to students according to their age group. Course materials Affordability was a significant factor in earlier times regarding education. Now the education companies and IT firms are collaborating to provide easy-to-export study materials to students. The process has become automated, and the best lessons are being tailor-made according to students' progress. Online Courses Providers of post-graduation studies are using artificial intelligence to find out the right students for themselves (Korchi et al.,2021). Coursera provides free counseling sessions to students, and they make the designing of perfect diploma courses based on the data they collect. Assignment writing Feedback systems are doing great for students in their assignment work. Several online essay writing tools are using artificial intelligence and provide customized solutions for students targeting their weak areas. Exploration This fast-changing world demands only more and more access to technology and devices. Artificial intelligence is becoming a culture predominant in schools and educational institutions.
