Ensure you are meeting the criteria, particularly with regards to word count and similarity. Address the criteria This assessment is looking into one article, one video and one industry news, then reflecting and analysing your experiences in the workplace. Remember with just 500 words, it is important that you stick to this topic and remain focused on this topic. Do not be afraid to challenge The insights you provide are between you, your lecturer and fellow students, not your employer, therefore don’t be afraid to challenge happenings at the property, based on your experience and research. Be reflective and analytical The main aspect that we will be assessing you on is your ability to demonstrate critical and reflective thinking in your forum. For this assessment, we are assessing the skill to think outside of the box, think critically and have a measured opinion on that your properties practices are. Be honest The staffing forum consists of your own thoughts comparing your experiences and research. You can write in first person if you wish. Whilst references are not essential, you can use them to support and strengthen your discussion. Forum You are required to submit your completed assessment into Turnitin and the forum for this topic. Please note that all students completing this subject have access to this forum and are encouraged to read each other’s post.
