Estimate the propagation delay for 100 mm of p-type polysilicon, 0.25 μm wide and 1.0 μm in height, using hand calculations. The dielectric is SiO2, 1.5 μm thick. Repeat using SPICE by breaking the interconnect into 10 RC segments.
