Introduction
Nepalese small and medium-sized ventures consist of 90% of total business organisations, which produce around 70% of employments
. They generate good amount of remote cash and make a critical commitment to the national GDP. SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), being the biggest supporter of Nepal's economy, expect favourable trade and assistance from the government for their upliftment. The article explores the role of the government and the impact caused by the actions by analysing the current state of SMEs. Detailed discussion is carried out on identifying the factors responsible for the current state.
Objectives
The objectives of this literature review are—
· To understand the functionality of the Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) operating in Nepal
· To analyse critically the role of the government in the performance of the SMBs or SMEs in Nepal
· To identify ways in which government interference could be increased in this context
Scope
Conventional financial aspects manage hypothesis and strategies of the business, while administrative financial aspects apply these speculations to take care of business issues. The instruments and logical procedures help in finding suitable solutions to tackle the business issues. As stated by Cassar, Ittner and Cavalluzzo (2015), this circumstance includes governments, non-benefit goals, non-monetary expenses and advantages, universal transactions, difference in point of view, and high vulnerability. Subsequently it is clear that administrative financial matters can be connected to these circumstances. There is no certainty that SMEs assume a major job in using and increasing the value of nearby assets. Moreover, advancement of SMEs encourages dispersion of monetary exercises inside the economy and accordingly cultivates fair salary circulation. Besides, SME advances are less demanding exchange and embrace securely.
Literature Review
