Evidence collection template – CPCCCM2009 Carry out basic demolition
Describe the activities which you undertook during your practical demolition task. As you complete this template, think about what you did, how you did it and why you did it. You should rely on the preparation and planning work that you did in the first task to help you. Make sure that your supervisor initials each section and, when you have completed all parts of the template, ask them to add their comments and endorse your work.
