EXPERT NEEDED EXPERIENCED WITH DOCTORAL ASSIGNMENT WRITINGSFINAL PAPER ASSIGNMENTDHA 805Length of paper: 7 PAGES Efficiency in the structure and presentation will be rewarded.Due date: 03/01/2022Style and details: Please use Grammarly and Turnitin, as the goal here is to challenge you to create a concise and well-organized memorandum to your CEO. If English is not your native language, please trust me to recognize that and accommodate the extra challenge. Do not be embarrassed to make sure I know this fact (in a footnote.). This is a “Risk Management” class, not an English writing class. I am looking for precision of thought more than fluency in writing. The paper should have a short (one paragraph) “Executive Summary.” Look this term up on the internet for further details. It is intended to be a summary of your presentation, not a summary of the task assigned. Stick to the details in the syllabus regarding double spacing and font size. Use one (1) inch margins all around. Page numbers should be included. You may have a cover page, but one is not required. Please demonstrate your use of resources and research, which may include readings for this class.ASSIGNMENT:You have a job as the middle-level executive in a 250 bed hospital. The hospital is technically a “non-profit” hospital, but it is run as close to a “for profit” goal as possible. As a result of dislocations to the health care industry in your state, your hospital has suffered a 15% loss of trained health care provider staff across the entire hospital, including physicians, nurses, and licensed personnel of all kinds. The hospital has operated five (5) clinics: a walk-in orthopedic clinic; a referral based radiology department with MRI, CT, and ultrasound facilities; a laborand-delivery suite with neonatology; a wound care center with hyperbaric equipment; and, a locked, in-patient pediatric psychiatric facility.Your CEO has assigned you the task of making a report to her, for presentation to the hospital Board, assessing the risks associated with closing two of these five clinics. She has asked you to describe the risks of closing each clinic, as well as the risks of continuing to run the clinics. You should evaluate the following:1.the risks of continuing to offer the services with 15% less staff;2.the benefits of continuing to offer the services of each clinic;3.the risks of transferring non-physician personnel from the clinics to be closed to those that will remain open, and an assessment of the training challenges/risks of using inexperienced staff in the new clinics;4.the potential personnel problems and possible solutions resulting from either (or both) transferring employees to new assignments or laying off any extra staff; and, 5. any other problems or risks that may be encountered.Make a recommendation which two clinics should be closed, with a brief explanation why they should close and the others should remain open. In a succinct way, identify any process or implementation issues you identify (this can be in a “bullet” format.)Finally, suggest a basic timeline for the implementation of your suggestions, taking into account the risks that you have identified and the steps youYou should prepare a memorandum that can be understood quickly and clearly. Do NOT worry about the revenue issues (this is confidential information that you do not have, but which the Board will know.) Consider any additional costs which you may identify.

The hospital is currently running five clinics and all these clinics work together to provide better care to the patients. The availability of all the services at one place is very accessible and feasible for the patient. However, due to shortage of staff by 15%, steps need to be taken to manage the overall work fluidity. Following are the five clinics and their descriptions:
A walk in orthopedic clinic: The clinic of Orthopedics deals with conditions concerned with diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. Any condition related to the body's muscles and skeleton are treated here Preventive and surgical treatment of the musculoskeletal system are provided in this clinic. This clinic is essentially important as people with conditions like arthritis and muscle pain visit this department. However, closing this department might not affect this clinic as the treatment taking place at this department does not require special place and equipment’s and can be done in association with other clinics also (Chambers et al., 2011).
Radiology department with MRI, CT scan and ultrasound facilities: These facilities are very commonly used to detect any medical condition. These tests are used to get a detailed internal knowledge about the body. Whenever a doctor suspect a condition, they ask the patient to go for these tests as this will help them to understand the disease better. The tests and reports collected from these departments is very important for the overall treatment. And having these facilities closes to the clinic will be beneficial for the patient. Hence, this department is very important for the overall fluidity and functioning of the hospital. This department should not be closed (Lee et al., 2004).
A labor and-delivery suite with neonatology is required to take help in delivery of the children. In addition to that a neonatologist will help in providing care to the new born child. The care of pregnant women and its delivery is a very different section as compared to other diseases. The services provided during this time should be stringent as well as fast. And hence any adjoining this department with other parts of the hospital can be deteriorating to the overall quality of the hospital. In addition, the care of newly born child should be done with utmost care and hence they are very susceptible to infection. An isolate clinic should be reserved for them. Hence, this department should be run individually (Ashokka et al., 2020).
A wound care center with hyperbaric equipment; hyperbaric oxygen therapy is the type of treatment which involves exposing the body to 100% oxygen. Wounds need oxygen to heal properly. Exposing of a wound with hyperbaric equipment’s may speed healing. They are generally used in case of emergency cases. The healing of wounds is generally necessary in case of emergency cases (Levitan et al., 2021). An emergency ward is necessary for the hospital to provide very fast and efficient services to the hospital (Mii et al., 2007). However, only clinic for hyperbaric wound healing is not essential and hence this department can be shut down.
In patient pediatric psychiatric facility: These facilities help in taking care of the children and also deals with mental health disorders in people of all age groups. A department for pediatric care as well as...
