Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) is a term which can be described as sexual abuse and exploitation of minors for economic gain and sexual gratification of the abusers and their clients. The central recruitment tool for CSEC involves the act of making false promises to the children regarding ‘better living’. According to Gies, Healy, Green and Bobnis (2020), sexual trafficking of children is inclusive of a number of acts such as physical abuse, prostitution, pornography, smuggling and so on. Although no clear information could be retrieved from both the abusers and victims, a general organisational structure has been prepared in Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.
