With offices in Burnaby (BC, Canada), Toronto (ON, Canada), Torino (Italy), Paris (France), and a new offices New Delhi (India), and Shanghai (China), Corycm continues to expand its global presence.




The new acquisitions in New Delhi and Shanghai, have expedited the need to establish a modern and standardized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform across all global sites, and a corporate wide enterprise data warehouse solution, and reporting tools. Based on results of the discovery analysis prepared by a management consulting firm, the recommendation is to purchase SAP Cloud suite subscription, which would provide access to selected ERP Modules, Data Warehouse, and analytical reporting tool.





With Support from Quantum the management consulting firm, interviews were held and your firm has been selected by Corcym to lead the project implementation. In order to formalize the project and move forward, you are required to prepare a

Organization’s immediate corporate need is to have a common and accessible Payroll and




HRIS modules as part of Phase 1 across all offices. That said Manufacturing locations are pressing for the inclusion of warehouse and Manufacturing management modules and prioritized as part of Phase 1. Currently the warehouse and manufacturing resource planning modules are quite dated and don’t address the organization objective of increasing production throughput by minimizing processing constraints and overall efficiency in the manufacturing process to support sales and distribution.








Current Risks:


















  • Vancouver, Toronto, Torino, Paris are running an old version of SAP, and its coming to an end of life support as of July 15

  • Concern from management that we may not have enough capacity from our available resources to allocate to these projects.
