  • Find a peer-reviewed, full text article onservicethat has an ANOVA (causal design)from the last 5 years.

  • Do not duplicate your peers and make sure the links work or that you have the article attached

    • Stick to European or American journals to make it easier on you.

  • Discuss briefly what themanagerial implicationsare for the article in your owns words

    • A short paragraph

  • An example of one of two of my own experiments are posted under the files folder under ANOVA examples.

  • You must identify any independent variables and any dependent variables.

  • You must identify the design. For example, in the Flight article there are two univariate tests (a single Y). So the design is:

    • This study utilized two univariate tests. The first examined the effect on passenger attitudes toward the airlines by utilizing a 2 (early/late timeliness of delay duration information) 2 (inaccurate/accurate estimate of delay duration) ANOVA between-subjects balanced design. The
second test examined the effect on passenger intentions to fly with the airline in the future by utilizing a 2 (early/late timeliness of delay duration information) 2 (inaccurate/accurate estimate of delay duration) ANOVA between subjects balanced design.

    • See how the independent variables and their "levels" (e.g., early vs late) are revealed with the parentheses.

Introduction
    The biggest factor wh
ich helps to increase the sales and revenue of the airlines industry is efficient customer services. Hence, customer service can be only measured through the satisfaction of the customers which is given utmost priority. The airline industry is highly competitive and the airline companies aims to achieve the top positions by emphasizing on delivery high-class customer services. Its only due to highly efficient customer services it creates a lasting experience and a positive image of the company through word of mouth of the customers. Further, the quality of services offered depends on the hostess, pilots and the airport management personnel making the journey of the customer comfortable and safe. The degree of customer satisfaction helps to find the areas where the customer service lacks and strategize actions to improve the services. This can be done using ANOVA tests. This test was developed by Ronald Fisher. ANOVA stands for Analysis of Variance. Hence, ANOVA tests helps to identify the statistical variances between the average of three or more independent groups. In this paper we will be using the ANOVA test for analyzing the attitudes and intention of the passengers towards an airline company which is Green Airlines and is a German based company.
Analysis
In this study there was a survey conducted in different airports of Turkey where Green Airlines operated. There were questionnaires used for this survey which were based on a 5-point Likert scale and was applied only to the passengers who used the Green Airlines for travelling. The Likert scale had 5-points where 1 was considered as strongly disagree and 5 was considered as strongly agree. Further, prior to conducting this test the demographics of the passengers were acquired along with flight information with respect to sex, gender, income, education, type of flight, purpose of travel, how frequently flights were used and the reason due to which Green Airlines was been chosen was inquired. All these data were analyzed using the ANOVA tests.
ANOVA Design
It was one-way ANOVA test used for evaluating if the environmental consciousness and the attitude towards Green Airlines have altered as per the demographic variables. The two variables used for regression analysis was environmental consciousness which was independent variable and attitudes toward Green Airlines which is dependent variable.
