1.1Libel: If a person made a statement about other person in written and publish it is called Libel.
Slander: If the statement is spoken and proves to be hurtful then it is referred as Slander.
Libel and Slander are part of defamation lawsuit which means hurting someone’s image or character.
Assault: It is a psychological or physical harm which is done intentionally to make victim fearful, and
Negligence : It occurs when a person is a failure to act in a prudnet manner (National Centre of continuing education, Inc, (2017).
