There is no universally accepted definition of challenging behaviors in children. Children’s behavior is influenced by many factors that affect their environmental settings. When children grow up, they must interact with others other than their parents, for instance teachers or educators or their peers. In fact, the educators are considered Children’s "role models" that influence their attitudes, behaviors, reactions, and overall thinking (Alderman et al., 2010). When children grow up, educators and teachers are extremely important roles because they make children integrate different factors into the classroom. Teachers should give students room for experimentation in learning environment because that they can recognize their personal expectations and skills. The educator should know the difference among a child’s misbehavior or his misbehavior. Experimental skills in similar environment. When child encounters challenges and misbehaves in the classroom environment, educators can provide him with positive choices so that he can engage in constructive work (Bourne, 2017). Educators can work diligently to praise children who are completing assigned tasks in order to motivate them to show positive behavior (Brophy, 2007).
Tun McDonald said that the students in school come from different backgrounds, because teachers should be very careful to improve the environment because that they can interact and interact with students. The environment in video is controlled to certain extents, which limits the impulse of a few students to participate in process of learning (Frankova, 2015). To effectively control the classroom, teachers should play a very active role, as well as make students play very dynamic role, hence that the whole course is interesting and harmonious for them. McDonald’s introduced a three-stage model in the active learning framework. The model includes self-awareness or positive thinking at starting of the meeting, attracting the attention of class or using polite tone, thereby creating respectful environment (Hendricks, 2015). Educators must pay attention to the needs and requirements of learners so that they can adopt the most feasible strategy to encourage students to experiment and discover their inherent creativity and talents.
