Deliverables (what you will need to turn in)

By the due date, you will upload two files via a link located in the Evaluation Assignment Materials folder in Lab Material section of eCampus:

1.

Grading Rubric for Sample Lab Report

o For the rubric in the Evaluation Assignment Materials folder, award points and make deductions based on the lab report sample you have been assigned.

o You can complete by hand and upload the image or fill out the table in Word and upload the revised file, as you did in the workshops.

o The file must be a Word document or a standard graphics file. The following formats are acceptable: DOC, JPEG, PNG, BMP. Any other formats will not receive credit.

2.

Evaluation document

o This is to be written in paragraph form, using proper sentence structure. Sentences must be complete and any sentence less than three words will not count toward the sentence minimum for each section.

o You will analyze the quality of each component of the lab report you have been assigned based on the criteria for the different sections.

o In addition to the resources mentioned, use the checklist on the next page to ensure your evaluation is complete and comprehensive.

o When discussing the different sections, make sure you are clear. You can do this by using a heading for each section you discuss, per the headings in the checklist on the next page under
Evaluation Document. Or you can use language such as, “In the Methods section of the student’s lab report, there was disagreement in the data of the graph and the table…”

o The file must be a DOC file or a compatible format. Any other format will not receive credit.
