For the final report the following sections are required:
1. Title
2. Objectives & summary
3. Detailed description of the tasks completed
4. Experience (technical and other) gained
5. Expected outcomes that are not accomplished
6. Assessment of the company/organization and workplace environment, and recommendation for improvement
7. Conclusion
Proper formatting of the report is expected. It should look professional.
