What does horror teach us about oppression, fear and about the hyperrealism of severe torture and murder or about monsters? What does horror teach us about queerness or otherness, racism and/or sexism?
In this exam explore horror in some kind of way where you discover what Barker is tying to say withThe Hellbound Heartand what some director and writer is trying to say in a horror film? Try to find a film you love that you can write about... use quotes and passages from theHellbound Heartand other sources if you want and scenes and lines from the film.
