I think that the way Apple approach ethical decisions has had an impact on the philosophy and organizational culture is positive as well as bad but mostly good. I truly believe that the ethical circumstances of recent years, after reading this week's case study, are low in comparison to some of the organizations we have researched up to that point. I believe, Apple's ideology is positive and functional, but that also has a negative impact on its business and competitiveness. Apple's basis for success is "the development of creative, high-quality products and services and the display of honesty in every commercial interaction." Honesty, honesty, confidentiality and compliance are four fundamental principles Apple seeks to uphold in its company which contribute to their integrity.
