Leadership is a special ability of an individual to lead or guide any team or any organisation as we

Leadership can be of various styles such as democratic leadership, autocratic leadership, strategic leadership, transformational leadership, bureaucratic leadership etc. In the history of the world different leaders had followed different style of leadership. An on the other hand it can also be seen that a leader had followed many types of leadership styles in various field of life. The effectiveness of leadership can influence other to be a great leader or a follower. A person’s behaviour and personality can define that person’s leadership quality. Those leadership qualities can be innate or acquired in nature.
In this discussion the leader or the great personality that has chosen is Julia Gillard, the former prime minister of Australia. Putting on focus into the life of Julia Gillard one can discover the greatness of her leadership qualities. She was born in 1961.
