Introduction
Life is so full of changes in the present era and the workplace is no exception to that. We live in one of the most dynamic times where cha
nge and disruption are the new normal. Organizations are continuously enduring numerous changes, for instance, the massive shift from physical to remote ways of working due to the coronavirus pandemic that has taken over the entire world (Grenville, J., H. 2020). The very nature of Organisational culture determines the purpose of the employees who are working together to achieve their goal. The compatibility of individual goals with that of the organisation shapes the way of thinking and drives actions to perform their very best in order to become valuable asset. Every company is contingent on their top performers to drive their growth. Successful company brings together the people at company and keeps them engaged with the aligned goals. When employees have clarity about the culture of their organisation it is much easier to collaborate and work together with different perspectives since everyone are aligned towards their common goal as well as have a sense of belonging. By the virtue of this report, I have performed extensive analysis on the article "How to Sustain Your Organization’s Culture When Everyone Is Remote" by Jennifer Howard-Grenville comprehending the present changes under which the organisations are operating (Grenville, J., H. 2020).
