BSBHRM613 Contribute to the development of learning and development strategies describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to contribute to improving organisational learning, and the quality of training and assessment products and services. It covers contributing to strategy formation; designing, developing and implementing an organisational learning strategy, and reviewing and improving overall organisational learning and development.

Describe three consultation and communication processes that a company could use to support and encourage staff to contribute to policy and procedure development processes.
It can be said that a company mainly looks for using three significant types of communication procedure such as written, verbal and also non-verbal. Each of the three types of communication procedure tends to play most vital role in terms of making the communication process strongest. Furthermore, in most of the company only focus is provided in the verbal communication where the workers get the opportunity for listening to the seniors regarding the policy development. In the non-verbal communication workers see the individual who will be trying to showcase something as well as understand meaning. On the other hand, written communication is the written document that consists of sending vital messages, some important letters to a particular person.
Describe the contemporary approach of design thinking to organisational learning strategy development.
