Health informatics encompasses various domains, including clinical informatics, nursing informatics, imaging informatics, pharmacy informatics, and public health informatics. Biomedical informatics, computational health informatics, translational bioinformatics, dental informatics, and nutrition informatics are some of the other subfields. The primary distinction between Bioinformatics and Biomedical Informatics is that Biomedical Informatics is a kind of computer-based data management in medicine and healthcare, whereas Bioinformatics is a kind of biology that specialises in molecular biology. Both biomedical informatics and bioinformatics work with biological research technologies to increase scientific understanding, yet each subject has diverse end-result applications as well as desired goals (Lan et al., 2020).
