Hi I am currently doing this project on car sharing based in Singapore called BlueSG Insights that are going to be solved or discovered: We feel that car-sharing may face some challenges in lower density areas than high density areas. Some insights we hope to discover from this project will be: The relation between different factors that may affect BlueSG. Now, each BlueSG parking station has at most 4 parking stations which can be bad for some locations as sometimes during peak hours, there may be more people who want to rent a BlueSG car. Can interpolations be made to predict new locations for BlueSG parking locations? Solutions to solve the location of BlueSG insufficient parking locations. Data that we need for this project BlueSG parking location - contains the parking location public name, latitude, longitude, the number of cars available, the charging slots available, etc. It will be used as a spatialpoint. Shopping malls locations - contains name of the shopping mall, longitude and latitude. It will be used as spatialpoint HDB data - Contains the postal codes, latitude, longitude and other columns which later on will be removed as it is not needed. Population in singapore - density of population base on region in singapore. It is a spatial polygons data Population density amounts for each parking location - usage of Bluesg car in each locations Roads - contains major features for national map data sharing that are represented in polyline form. Data includes road data like expressway, major roads, international boundary and contour lines. It is spatial line data. Income based on median household from different locations Singapore planning area - contains spatial polygons data This is currently what we need. o Source code and dataset submission as a zip file • If you do not have the data sample, do describe in your report how others could access the data source. ▪ Complete R code of all the operations • Ensure that your code is readable (commenting, formatting & documenting; use comments to explain why things are happening.)
