Employers should provide adequate facilitie
s that are required for the health and safety of the employees. In addition to the employers must investigate and ensure proper working conditions. Apart from making a safer workplace the employer is also responsible to ensure your first aid facilities safe working equipments emergency plants control exposure to harmful substances. It is the employer's duty of care and must also check the psychological hazard in the workplace.

    An effective method of consultation in the small business is through the communication strategy. Bilateral communication between the employers and the employees would initiate the requirements of the conditions important for effective workers health and safety measures. The two-way communication will ensure optimal outcome on safer workplace conditions.

    The requirements of the Record Keeping are the statements that are specified to which the records are to be created. For example, it includes legislations and regulations, government policies and procedures, government or industry standards, the codes of conduct that are imposed or adopted, internal policies procedures and processes of business rule, and agreements and the contracts that plays an important part in keeping the records of the business activities.
The methods that are used in the record keeping system are capturing the information before a person starts the business thereafter it is evident to make sure whether the information is complete and correct. In the next stage he shall record the information...
