It is a boutique building company based in Sydney that specialises in the design and build of high quality designer homes for the Sydney metropolitan and surrounding areas. A Strategic Plan has been developed for the company by an external consultant with input from the CEO and senior management. The rationale for the Strategic Plan is to set the direction for the company over the next three years, establish strategic priorities and to describe how these will be achieved and the measures (operational priorities) to achieve them. Business ethics is a set of moral business policies and practices which are related with ethical corporate governance. It is a value that governs the decision and actions taken within the organization. In the world of business, the organizational culture sets the standards for determining the difference between the good and bad behaviour and also the decision

Ethical leadership comes because of the strong ethical standards, and it makes the employees valued and it also stimulates the self indication processes with the leader and the organization. Ethical leadership relates in a positive manner with respect to the organizational outcome by increased employee satisfaction and reduced turnover along with conflict (Engelbrecht et al., 2017).

The ethical leader in an organization always possesses certain characteristics that enables him/ her to perform in a better way, such as justice, because an ethical leader will always perform his/ her work based on what is right. The second characteristics is giving respect to others, as this allows the ethical leader to have many followers and they obey to the instructions given by the leader. The third important characteristic is focus on team building as in an organization it is important to have a strong and united team (Vethirajan & Saraswathy, 2020).

The three advantages of ethical leadership style is: it ensures that the leader along with the employees in the organization obey or follow law, and work based on that. The second benefit of ethical leadership is it helps in creating a positive and healthier workplace. The third benefit of ethical leadership is that it creates a culture of accountability, where everyone are responsible towards their respective jobs (Zoghbi-Manrique-de-Lara & Viera-Armas, 2017).

The four types of leadership style are:
Autocratic style: This is a style of leadership who gives order to the subordinates and is never open about consulting with them.
Democratic style: In this type of leadership style the leader gives instruction after having discussion with the team members or the subordinates.
Free rein leadership: A free rein leader distributes his job responsibilities within team members, which he/ she is supposed to lead, and minimising their authority to maintain the contact of the group with persons outside the group.
Paternalistic leadership: In this type of leadership the leader thinks that his/ her job role is like a parent and through this they will manage or guide the entire team (Sow & Aborbie, 2018).

A charismatic leader evaluates the present situation or the status quo of the organization and then make assessment on the existing constraints kin order to implement the organizational vision. The leader then formulates and articulates the new goals accordingly and then finally demonstrates these goals can be achieved by the organization (Adha et al., 2020).

Suggestion box: Gathering of good ideas of feedback from the employees is the first step in engaging them in decision making process.
