Introduction to the Essay
The main thing into which this essay intends to shed light is on the issue of what are the ways by which an effective leader of an organisation can control the power structure of an organisation very subtly and effectively as well (Daly, 2017). In a general understanding power culture is the process of controlling all the powers of an organisation in a proper way so that the eff
iciency of the organisation can be augmented and enhanced. The issue that is generally seen in any business organisation is that most of the powers of any organisation remain to the central hand of any or two people (Holmes, 2017). In the type of power sharing most of the business organisations or any other organisation runs and carries out all the activities. However the fact is if any organisation, the leader of organisation is effective and have astute understanding of proper sharing then it will be better for the organisation to attain success soon (Holland, 2019). If the leader of the organisation can have the ability to share all the powers between all the employees of the organisation and keep the reigns of the administration in his own hands then it will be the best paradigm of power culture (Hardy & Bham, 2020). It is true that for any organisation it is very important and imperative for the leaders of the organisation to establish the structure of power culture very effectively. However in addition to it another importance is to arouse feelings of owner’s spirit among the employees. It is true that the employees will work for the organisation however of the employees of an organisation can feel that the company and the leader of the organisation cares truly for the employees and the staffs of the organisation have also some sayings in the performance of the company then it will ultimately foster and boost up the employees to work with an inert spirit. If the employees start to work from an inert zeal then it will be a splendid performance for the organization. It is very important for any leaders of an organisation to think that the employees of the organisation are the human assets of the company and thus it requires a good strategy and tactics to utilise the talents and the resources of the employees. In this regard proper construction of the organisation is very important. This apt sharing of power structure by the leader of any organisation is the chief essence of this discussion. The central power is required to be in the hands of the leader or groups of leaders of the organization but it is now wise to make the power culture centralized. Decentralization is the process of including all the employees of the organisation in the decision making sessions of the company and they will also be acquainted with the momentum of the organisation.

Literature Review of the Essay
The effect of power distance on e-governance adoption in Vietnam: Empirical investigation using UTAUT model by Thao, V.T.T. (2017)
Main findings from the essay:
The central finding that is available from the essay by Thao, V.T.T. is the conception of the high power distance cultures. It is true that for the growth and success of any organisation it is very important to include even the lower level employees of the organisation within the structure of power culture. However the practicality is when the lower level employees of an organisation are provided with an opportunity to be part of the power structure in many cases they differ with the higher level leaders or bureaucrats of the organisation (Thao, 2017). The management of many organisation’s intends to include all levels of employees within the power structure but in many instances it fails to achieve the actual accomplishment as the employees of the lower strata of the organisation shows very less inclination to participate in the important discussion and prefers to maintain taciturnity. They tend to consider the ordains of the leaders of the organisation as the natural order for them. Contrarily many leaders who adhere to the autocratic leadership model will also reject the suggestions of the lower level employees. Thus then entire efforts go into water under such paradigms.
Agreement with the findings of the essay:
It is quite troublesome to agree with the fact as it is also the imperatives of the lower strata level of the organisation to share their opinions with the leaders of the organisation. No one is there in the organisation to insist the employees of lower strata or general level to explore their views. This process requires a good level of enthusiasm. However, proper motivation and regular coordination between the leaders of the organisation and the employees can genuinely mitigate the scope of communication gap.
Effect of culture on entrepreneurship in Nigeria by Ajekwe, C.C. (2017)
Major findings from the essay:
In any organisation be it of any size power culture and power distances play a very important and significant role. In addition to this it is also very important to mention here that power distance is the process of the relationship between different levels of employees of an organisation. The low ranked people of the organisation largely depend over the different types of power culture from which the employees can exert their reactions towards the central authority. In addition to this the power distance index of an organisation is the process of relationship shared between different levels of employees of the organisation, be it from the highest level or from the lowest level. For the successful running of the organisation it is very important for the management and the leaders of the organisation to fix the power distance index of the organisation with a sublime effect.
Agreement with the finding of the essay:
It will not be wrong to completely agree with the findings of the essay as the main issue that is available within the essay is proper fixation of the power distance index of the organization. If the leaders and the management of the organisation can mitigate enormous distances with the general employees of the organisation then it will be ultimately...
