Introduction:
Native Bush Species Australia placed in Coffs Harbour, NSW, was founded in 2010, to provide for a need for Australian home based food products. The firm has natural certification and produces and sells a series of natural Australian home based foods including original herbs and spices, original grassy teas and original fruit jams and groceries. Presently the firm is selling its food by different marts and health stores in the Australia. The enterprise plans to have a website through which products can be demanded. The new website is seen as an important part of the company’s expansion strategy.
Identifying the Project Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to grow the sales of Native Bush Species, raise its brand knowledge and to create a new website of Native Bush Species.
The questions which is required to consider in meeting are:
1. What would be the total budget?
2. Would the project be finished on time?
3. What are the different governmental agreements for this project?
Meeting with the Operation Manager:
The meeting with the Operation Manager involved discussion of the project scope of increasing the sales of Native Bush Spices, increasing the knowledge of its brand, their international growth and their web designing. In the meeting, questions were also discussed that were decided during the identification the project scope.
Project purpose:
The reason of the assignment is to increase their sales by implementing an important change in their series of products. They aim to rise their business value by international growth. The main problem which is to be determined in this project objective is to convert their present website into new one with more features. Some of the essential act that need to be studied in this project are Fair Work Act, 2009, Food Act, 1990, and WHS Act, 2011.
Success Criteria:
The key for success of Native Bush Species is to rise their brand knowledge through websites and social media. In the period of technical value, it is important to create their marketing and brand knowledge plan. The Native Bush Spices also should take care of fact of number of employees which need to be increase.
Assumption:
1. Training to the project staff will be provided.
2. Supplies will be given as needed.
Limitations:
1. Time will be a serious problem to finish the project.
2. Money limitation will be another problem which needs to be studied.

The Operation staff of Native Bush Species, gave some positive and some negative response as well. The Operation Manager also gave some suggestion which will help to obtain project objectives. Operation Manager will give suggestion for creating some plans that will help to attract more customers towards the organisation. Operation Manager also gave positive response for raising of brand value because of the steps which were already executed.
