As per individual research, they can also focus on building the staff of sales knowledge continuously to know about the latest products and gadgets. The knowledge could be gained by creating empowerment workers and delivering the exquisite experience of customers (Chowdhury, Haftor & Pashkevich, 2018). For introducing, the training can also be given to the newly hired employees so that they could learn about the properties and products.
