1. Introduction
    Mobile network is one of the most essential parts in everyone’s life. Today we all are connected through mobile network and most of us are using more than one network provider. Many network provider companies are operating offering lucrative packages to the customers to attract them to avail their services. Currently, we have the options to choose from more than one network provider and yet, we can easily shift from one network to another without any problem if we feel like that our existing provider is not giving satisfied services with respect to the money we are spending.
The following project is about our recent role-play that we played on identifying the current network providers, the best packages they are providing for the customers and introducing new packages based on the current existing network providers. The project will cover the marketing strategies and HR implementation strategies that will help successfully to implement the new network package.
2. Marketing Implementation
Before any product or new service launch, a detailed marketing research is necessary for implementing that product or services. Therefore, here are some marketing strategies that need to be followed before implementation. I have done a thorough research on the same.
2.1 Research on the best packages provided by other networks
Offering a good network package is the most important task for every network provider. As discussed by Bibin and Ramanathan (2018), the network providers are providing a range of services that will attract the customers. There are plenty of network providers to choose from such as Telstra, Vodafone and many more. Every provider tries to stand out to from the crowd by providing services that will be favorite among the customers. For example, Telstra is providing a fast fourth generation network service by offering the fast download speed experience for the customers. Similarly, the video viewing experience is also very good through the network provided by the Airtel. However, I believe that we should implement those networks only, for which the upload speed experience is very good.
Similarly, every other network provider is looking forward for providing any services and with a very competitive price that will make the customer to look and avail the best of the services. The network providers are providing a bundled package, in which the customers will be able to get the internet access and download data. Besides, the customer can able to make free calls up to a certain minute and by paying for a reasonable amount and the services will be availed up to certain period such as 60 days or 90 days. Therefore, I found that these are few examples of the packages that the network providers can provide to their customers.
2.2 Introduction of new packages
    A company has always to look after that the services and the products that they are offering must be altered or being provided with some value added features therefore to remain among the minds of the customer. As emphasized by Aithal (2016), the companies must always be ready for offering something new at frequent interval and also add some values to their existing product lines. Hence, I suggest that the company should focus on providing a lucrative package that will provide the need for internet data and the voice calls. Presently, we are connected with each other digitally. Therefore, we need the internet services for accessing our office work as well as to connect socially.
All the important transactions and the availability of tones of services such as video calling, video viewing, download and many more are being used by us at all the levels. In addition, the use of voice calls is also crucial as many important calls such as conferencing can be done while people sitting at different parts of the world, yet being connected together at a time. Therefore, I could suggest that network packages should contain the offers that will attract corporate personnel as well as to the students. A corporate can be able to avail any packages while the students have a very limited budget for expense therefore based on their affordability factor the packages must be priced in that way.
