QUESTION. Student should select an organizational behaviour/management related topic(MY TOPIC IS ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE WHICH INCLUDES DIVERSITY AND EQUITY) covered in the unit which they think is important for managers to understand. They should then develop and facilitate a 'management training workshop' on the respective topic. Each facilitation should last for 30 - 45 minutes. Students can determine how they use this time. It is up to students to select how best to facilitate the topic in order to maximize learning outcomes for the group of attending ‘managers. Students should be sure to adhere to the principles of facilitation and make it interactive rather than just delivering a lecture with power point slides – formal lectures and reading from slides will score poorly. THE PRESENTATION SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE AN ACTIVITY/QUESTION ANSWER ROUND WITH THE AUDIENCE.
