Answer 1. Human resources take into consideration all the employees that work in the organization and align their actions to attain the desired objective. In this fast-paced competitive world, human resources form the most valuable asset for any business that not only wants to survive the test of time but also thrive in the future. I found the entire concept of human resources extremely interesting and intriguing as the domain is responsible to handle employee-related issues and develop strategies to grow and enable employees such that they can be transformed into a strong competitive advantage for the organization. Nevertheless, looking into the entire gambit of human resources as a profession, I really found areas like employee well-being and safety as well as productivity in teamwork very intriguing. 
Employee safety and well-being - I strongly believe that the underlying responsibility of the human resource department is to ensure employee safety and well-being. Not only providing safe physical office space for employees to perform but also taking into consideration social and emotional aspects as well. The human resource department in the organization plays an integral role in offering and promoting the emotional and physical health, well-being, and safety of their employees. Employment in the organization is the source of livelihood for the employees because of which they travel to the office and work together in a group.
