    The first definition of diversity: The term "diversity" can be used when there are unique disparities among human people depending on their way of life, physical qualities, country of birth, age, male or female, socioeconomic status, and so on.
The second definition of diversity: People of the same ethnicity can have a wide range of cognitive ability, technical talents, personality traits, and skill levels (Geletkanycz et al., 2018).
People may contribute their expertise and talents to the workplace because of workplace diversity. People with a diverse background are more likely to be creative and innovative. As a result, it improves the efficiency and productivity of the office environment. Diversity promotes knowledge and innovation. As we all know, various talents are necessary in different industries; thus, if a workplace is diverse, everyone has a wide set of skills that they may use to help the business run smoothly.
