Executive summary
In the following report, I have utilized some key self analysis tools, for analyzing my own personality traits and for assessing my potential as a future leader. The tools I have used are “Myers Briggs Profile”, “Costa & McCrae Big 5 Personality Traits”, “McClelland Needs Analysis” and “Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode I
nstrument”. I have identified some key strengths, like openness, creativity, team working, motivating; whereas, I have also found some weaknesses like low reasoning skill, high anxiety etc. Finally, I have developed the action plan accordingly.

Introduction
The key emphasize on the following report will be upon conducting the personality self assessment activities, in order to analyze my own personality and leadership traits. Self awareness is the key to become a great leader or manager in a successful company. Knowing own personality, strengths and weaknesses help a person to address different contexts, where he or she is capable of acting as a leader (Caldwell and Hayes, 2016). On the other hand, it also helps to identify the ways, through which the weaknesses could be improved for being a successful leader in future. In the following report, four key self-assessment models would be used, for critically analyze my leadership traits.
Brief review of findings
Myers–Briggs Type Indicator – It is an introspective self-report questionnaire, which helps to understand different psychological preferences of a person in regards to “how people perceive the world around them and make decisions”. This self analysis tool helps to identify individual’s personality, within 16 different personality types, based on different characteristics traits (Rice, 2015). I have performed the self analysis, through answering the questionnaire and revealed that my personality type fits on the criteria “ENFJ”. Each of these letters in the term indicates my characteristic traits. For instance, analysis revealed that I am “extrovert”, as I always try to express what I feel, instead of keeping quite. I am “intuitive”, as I am creative enough to explore my intuitions. I am a “feeler”, as most of the time I tend to do as I feel; and I am a “judger”, as Ii always judge things prior decision making, instead of perceiving the outcomes.
Costa & McCrae Big 5 Personality Traits – This is one of the mostly used self-assessment tool, for understanding own personality traits. It is often known as the five-factor model, which is taxonomy for personality traits (Roberts and Woodman, 2017). Understanding the five key traits, I have aligned my characteristics with these traits. My analysis revealed that I have high “openness”, I am “extrovert”, as found in the previous model of self analysis, I possess high “agreeableness”. In addition, I revealed that I have high score in “neuroticism”, as I often become anxious, if things are not right; and got low score for “conscientiousness”, as I poor at discipline and self-organization.
McClelland Needs Analysis – Every individual are at some stage with varying needs. Understanding own needs is also considered as a personality trait. I attempted to identify my needs with the help of this needs analysis tool. The model identifies three types of needs, “achievement, affiliation and power” (Rybnicek et al., 2019).
