Use of social media to the students
Social media is having a positive or negative impact on students. The positive practice of media can improve students' social wisdom as well as understanding of the human behavior. The negative practice of media makes them materialistic, addicted to lots of bad things.
Nevertheless this is not a problem caused by social sites, but when we use it without analyzing what we are doing and its impacts on us, families, society and the country (Gil de Zúñiga, Diehl, Huber and Liu, 2017). Therefore, media is not only important tools for personal growth, nevertheless a tool for social and personal destruction. Parents are always busy with their professional or everyday activities. They do not have time to talk with their children. Children or students can't communicate with others and stay long. Even adults are hard to keep silent. Therefore, teenagers or students get bored during their studies, or then they can turn to media to appreciate and discuss themselves. To this end, they invented the selfie and posted it 3-4 times a day because I saw a new generation of people living by my side Media is an innovative paradise for the students. Students who live in the city with their family or parents cannot find a playing field to attach with the friends (Haddadian and Coccia, 2019). They saw the fun and joy of Facebook as well as other social sites. Instead of playing cricket on Facebook, they invented latest or new games, for example watching personal data, sending friend requests to strangers, chatting with the opposite gender for pleasure or spending time, etc.
They happily forgot who they are? What will their behavior become? What are the positive and negative outcomes they are currently doing? Playing or using social sites for entertainment can attach them with virtual or external animals. Virtual animal that look like a humans, although no, they hide and obtain professional and personal knowlegde from students ’lifestyles, schedules, and their parents. Moreover I think this is not good. Religious contractors as well as their poor conversion of religious beliefs on media are always looking for opportunities to penetrate integrity of the country by influencing student (Hruska and Maresova, 2020). Likewise, elusive political leaders furthermore their media figures keep tweeting and sharing their thinking habits. And I think this is not better for our students, we hope this will be future of our country. This is because students participating in such activities will infect their love for the country, the innocence of their parents, the pride of being a symbol of the country, and several other things. This is because they saw temptresses and thieves, but they did not understand that they were facades. They later realized that they had done something incorrect, although until then they were late (KESICI, 2019).
Research questions are usually questionable inquiries about any particular problem or concern; in this case, this is the impacts of the social networking sites on students or their changing expectations. Research questions are usually the first step in research project. The following are the research questions of this study-
· What is the social media use for students?
· In what ways can social media benefit students?
· How does a social medium affect students ’expectations inside and outside the classroom?
· What suggestions can be made to encourage students to use social sites to produce healthy results?
Importance of the topic
Over a long time period, the improved and advanced use of social platforms for example Facebook or instagram has become global phenomenon. Although all this is based on the interests of several computer cultures, individuals have transformed into social norms and ways of survival for students whole around the globe. According to the Kim, Sin and He, 2013 research, teenagers and students are particularly aware that these social platforms can connect with their peers, reshape their role, share information, and demonstrate their social life. Users of Facebook often experience bad academic performance. In addition, Kutscher and Kreß, 2018 pointed out that there is a negative correlation among the media and students' academic performances, which is far better than the benefits brought by utilize of the social platforms. People all over the world have become obsessed to Internet, which makes more students use social sites more frequently than before. Lupton and Michael, 2017 recommended and suggested that addicted users like to use the Internet to frustrate professional and personal responsibilities, and the end result is bad academic performance. Omar Safori, 2019 findings highlight that users of social platforms (Facebook, watzapp and many more.) usually spend less time learning than non-users, and therefore have lower GPA. Quinn, 2018 also mentioned that in this major interference factor today, social...
