Introduction
Transformational leaders are those individuals someone who care about the necessity to bring about growth and necessity of their organization more than anything else does and are concerned about all impacts of decisions being made for and by the organization and place the importance of the needs accordingly.
The concept of transformational leadership is extremely important and famous in the context of business management, as supported by Ramsey, Rutti, Lorenz, Barakat and Sant’anna (2017). Many researchers have substantially proven direct correlation between the better performance of the other employees and the role played by the transformational leader to bring positive impact to the organization.
1. Enhancement of Knowledge Sharing by Ethical and Trustworthy Leaders of Organizations and Their Impact on Data Management
Trustworthy and ethical leaders play a great role in enhancement of knowledge through motivating learning amongst the individuals in the organization, as supported by Park and Kim (2018). Existence of such leaders in an organization critically influences the knowledge enhancement of the individual employees as well as sharing through their magnanimous personalities bringing substantial changes in the attitudes of others.
Several information technology implementations were subjected to be discontinued being in practice in the organizations due to the lack of adequate knowledge by the practitioners. The transformational leadership affects others in bringing about the changes by capturing the values from the implementation of information technology like enterprise resource planning (ERP), as opined by Agha (2019).
