Introduction
Personal learning style and professional communication skills could be considered as two most effective and essential skills required for growth. Every individual possess a specific personality as well as brain dominance and their learning abilities as well as choice of communication style are highly dependent upon these factors. Therefore, this paper would reflect upon the personal results obtained from brain dominance test as well as personality type test. Likewise, efforts will be made to present a critical analysis on appropriate learning style based upon the identified personality type. Further, the paper will conclude with description of effective strategies for improvements in learning capacities based upon identified learning style as well as personality type. 
Brain Dominance
Two sides of the brain could be considered as identical morphologically; however, they operate differently with respect to their functions. Human brain can constantly reorganize itself and is highly adaptable with respect to change, which could be any physical change or through life experiences. Every individual has a specific dominant side with respect to either side of their brain. The test results clearly presents that I am left-brained that is, left hemisphere of my brain perform more actively or is dominant than the right hemisphere (Kumar & Sharma, 2016) 
Therefore, it would be essential to consider that left brained individual are more analytical and methodical with respect to their thinking. Further, left-brain has been reported to be more analytical, verbal as well as orderly compared to right side of the brain. Likewise, left side of the brain is associated with logical thinking, sequencing, mathematics, deciphering codes or hidden messages in movies or songs and much more (Marcus, 2017). 
Learning Style
VAK learning style model can be used to describe the major learning styles, which are visual, auditory and kinesthetic (Alanbaei, Faisal & Alsumait, 2018).
