The organization girl scouts of greater Chicago and northwest Indiana is the brainchild of miss Juliette Gordon Low who in 1912 started this with a group of girls exploring the wonders of the world. This blooming idea had grown and resulted in this amazing organization now which attracts the girls and women all across the world to take part and engage in variant activities of their choice. Currently they offer the all-girl environment to choose multiple activities that interests the most in 4 major areas from the Girl Scout leadership experience.

Girl Scout leadership activities are led by girls themselves by cooperative learning and hands on learning.
