In this case, the company has responded all the queries and the response of the entity was very polite. Further, SEC has asked five points related to accounting and disclosures in financial statements and the entity has responded point wise and there is no miscommunication made by the entity. Further, there was no excuse provided the management of the organization in relation to revenue recognition criteria, treatment of advertising under co-brand agreement, accounting for breakage and performance obligation.
