    After having taken the self audit, I came to realize strong and weak parts in
order to determine my readiness of the career. At first, I am adaptable to the situations either they are positive or negative or in the modern organizational context of professional working, adaptability plays pivotal role. Every professional has to adjust according to the situations at workplace. Adhering to the principle norms of working is the second ability that I see as strength. I pursue to the best of my ability the main values of work assigned. It helps me in gathering directions to make constructive atmosphere for work. At the same time, I see that I can handle conflict resolutions well; they fall into my area of expertise to some extent.
