With reference to article “Fruit Belt neighborhood surveyed on parking problems”, one of the most prominent issues that is rampant today is saturation of parking areas and deadlock found in most of the parking spaces near residential area (WGRZ Staff., 2015). This extremely evident in Fruit Belt neighbourhood as residents are voicing their issues of parking their vehicles on the streets and near the medical campus. Issue is that number of vehicles in the neighbourhood has expanded exponentially, however the parking spaces has reminded constant or perhaps reduced due to construction of corporates, development of other shopping infrastructures and ever-increasing population. Especially, the land in Buffalo area is limited and quite expensive which aggravates the problem of parking and adds on to the immense pressure.
