Mediation Analysis
The data of “Government work environment perceptions” consist of lot of variables. Here, we selected our dependent variable as Job Satisfaction and the independent variable as Tenure (How long you have worked in your organisation). Here, we are interested to put a mediator variable between the independent and dependent variable and check whether it makes effect on the dependent variable.
The mediator variable is OLC (My organization has a good learning culture).
Thus, the analysis is going as follows:
