Two modalities which have been chosen for conducting this essay are Ps
ychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral. Psychodynamic is a global therapy whereas a child is mentally and emotionally forced to develop especially in their childhood. In this therapy, the therapist cheers up the client to talk freely about his issues in their mind. The patients who are suffering from depression, anxiety, Psychodynamic treatment are very effective. Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic treatment that one can control his thinking, sentiment, and physical sensation. CBT assists to reduce the negative disturbing thoughts. This treatment is essential for those who are facing trouble including excessive drug addiction, marital problems, anxiety, and eating disorders.
Proper understanding of problems and Explanation of the Therapy
Psychodynamics is one kind of talk therapy. If a person has symptoms of depression due to having some negative thinking, unconscious mind from their childhood. By some incident, if someone is affected badly in mind and shown on their behavioral changes. Suppose a person compulsively washes her hands that is trauma from childhood. For example, Nail-biting due to anxiety from childhood. The unnecessary fear of some unknowing or unaware things and odd imaginary wishes i.e. ridiculous is a prominent symptom of Psychodynamic. Some assumptions of Psychodynamic i.e. unconsciousness effects on mind and behavior, by the bad effect of some event in childhood adults; like behavior and sensation (Manchikanti et al., 2017). The ego problem, a habit of not sharing any hidden incident with anyone that makeup too personally. The affinity of sex drive and the death intention of self-life also the aggressive drive that denotes the sign of psychodynamics. In Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) if a person got emotionally attached with someone in a short time and the breakup of the relationship hurts him very badly. He can't be lasting long in any of his relationships before and after. This is a psychological problem that shows understanding about CBT. If someone talks to himself, thinks about imaginary things, self-decision making, and appreciates himself these are the symptoms of CBT. Critical thinking, creative thinking, and problem-solving all are identified in CBT.
Medically changes occurred by Psychodynamic therapy. In this therapy, a client discovered a model in their sentiments, thoughts, and belief to gain insight into their present self. There are three types of mechanism in Psychodynamic therapy i.e. insight, intuition, and alignment. After the therapy nausea, depression, sleeplessness, weight loss, headache these difficulties cured permanently. During this treatment, the insight development controlled for a patient, and the inter-personal activity disappeared.
Memory reconsolidation is a key change of this therapy. With the improvement of this modern therapy, some prominent changes can be found. In this therapy drug counseling, regular urinalysis, kind of medical program organized for awareness. By Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) therapy anxiety and depression, these two difficulties disappeared permanently. Rotational counseling is a part of this therapy so that the patient feels pretty confident in her treatment. With this short-term treatment method, someone can find new options by changing their thought patterns. People can reduce their stress, can face all types of challenges and also complicated relationship problems.

The reason for choosing these two therapies (Psychodynamic and Cognitive-behavioral), they are more informative. These are common factors that I saw in my characteristics. I had the symptoms of Psychodynamic as well as cognitive-behavioral. These types of symptoms are shown in my life.
