1. Methodology and its role in project management
The model used by most of the project managers for the purpose of making plans of implementing project objectives is called methodology [Steinke et al, 2018]. The project management makes use of different methodologies which can best suit to them and generate maximum profits to complete the project tasks. The processes used in dealing with project management are empowered by the used methodologies. The stages of PLC are having direct connection to the deployed methodology. The exact perspectives of project classes in a lexicon manner can easily be defined by a methodology. Sometimes the rules used in project development are also considered as methodology. So, the methodology contains problem definition, working plans and performed activities required to successfully deliver any project. Methodologies plays the below listed roles in management of any proposed project:
1) While developing SOP of any project, the methodology of that specific project is also defined. So, final delivery tasks and life cycle of that specific project are contained in it.
2) The staffs with different possible skills are required to complete specific project. So, these skills are measured by methodology.
