There is a failure in the upliftment of the majority of CA practice because of the wrong lead architect invest the skills that are owned by someone does not necessarily makes the person is strong. Next is in sensitivity and polishing to culture that turns out the cultivating and resulting in the turning Enterprise (Gong and Janssen 2019).
