Moses Odjodu Prof: Dr. Rosatti Date: February 24, 2021 Methodology The nature of the research indicates that the researcher is required to collect descriptive data, and this is concerning the potential opportunities and challenges to SCO organizations. The descriptive data will allow for the collection of in-depth data and the resulting impact is the better overall analysis of the data under consideration to reach appropriate research result. The researcher used both qualitative and quantitative approaches for collecting the information. With the help of qualitative approaches, we can able to understand employee performance and relationships. Quantitative analysis helps for understanding the financial performance of the organization. Therefore, the research is involved in SCO Family Services to measure growth and threats affecting the organization. The study adopts the descriptive approach to research. The next task is to show the most prominent developments, including the theoretical framework, and previous studies. These data will be collected using a questionnaire which is a quick and efficient way to obtain information from a large number of respondents. The structured questionnaire uses a standardized list of questions, which must cover all questions related to study aspects. To the next approach, the questionnaire will be taken in printed form for distribution. It is noteworthy to mention that the set of questions will contain multiple choice answers as it will provide ease in the understanding of the polls. Information assortment is one of the main pieces of any exploration work. Marinello (2017) has talked about that the information is gathered through an appropriate instrument. Meetings, perceptions, chronicled archives and government sources, research facility tests, semi analyses, and the scales for estimating. Surveys are an instrument, which is intended to gather subjective information. This strategy is broadly utilized for the development of a decent examination paper. In this examination, work for SCO administrations the surveys that will be ready for the staff, the beneficiaries of the administrations, and the providers. The poll will give the perspectives on the members and subsequently the specific downside and the zone of progress will be discovered which is essential for executing the upgrades required. Further, during this cycle, it is likewise essential to ensure that any sort of impact ought not to be put upon the members as that will bomb the motivation behind the whole examination work. The following significant instrument for information assortment is the meeting cycle. Channels (2017) have examined that meeting is as well, for gathering subjective information. The meeting cycle should follow the pieces of culmination, thoughtfulness, exactness, precision, and privacy. In this examination work, the meeting will be directed for the staff individuals occupied with the work, the providers, the monetary providers, the supervisory group, and the individuals who are qualified to get or are getting this administration. In the whole meeting measure, the polls that have been set will be asked, and dependent on the reaction got the suitable outcomes will be drawn. This outcome will additionally improve the in-administration framework. The Primary Data Apart from this secondary methodology of collecting relevant data, the researcher has also applied the primary data collection method which involved the collection of data by the researcher by way of physically visiting the premises of SCO family Services. The interviewer will also follow the previous research of SCO family Services. The Secondary Data By applying the above-indicated research methodology, it has been possible for the researcher to positively accomplish the main aims and objectives of this research fully. According to the research requirement, the existing literature will be used for theoretical study from all resources such as academic and scholarly journals, newspapers and magazines, statements, and reports published by institutions. Analysis of Data After the data have been collected, the research turns to the task of analyzing them. The operations of data will be taken such as the establishment of categories, application of categories to raw data, tabulation, and then drawing statistical graphs and charts to show the trends and changes over the periods. Some unwieldy data are considered into a few manageable groups and tables for further analysis. Generalizations and interpretations The research will be conducted based on data collected, literature review, and analysis of the fundamental principle of management. Therefore, the research seeks to explain findings following the interpretations rather than testing the hypothesis of a generalizations system. There are several factors involved while considering the ethical values in this study. The first and foremost is the maintenance of the non-disclosure of the identity of individuals. The research must be conducted while keeping in mind the rules and policies that the companies follow. It is unethical to disclose the details of the respondent and the researcher followed strict practices for completing the study. References Sutherland, L. A. (2020). Primary research is a methodology used by the researchers to collect the data directly from human sources rather than comparing and utilizing the previous data. Primary research is carried on to address certain kinds of problems that require in-depth analysis. The primary research method opted here are surveys, observation, and direct human participation (Lagree, 2020). The survey is used here as it is one of the research methods that are used for collecting the data from some of the predefined groups to gain insights into several topics of interest. It helps in gaining the exact information on the topic.  The data is also collected by direct human participation, which is formulated as a type of meeting where several related parties, whose opinion matters on the topic are present. In the meeting, the polls that have been set will be asked and the opinions and thoughts of the participants would be taken as the outcomes. The outcomes initiated through the meeting would be acknowledged and evaluate to frame and improve the in-administration work. The data gathered would be collectively used to shape the framework of the organization. Secondary research is the research method that uses the already existing data to gain insight. For the secondary sources published journals, books and websites are used. Through the extraction of the information from all these sources, the company is looking for a set of data and guidelines, through which the overall performance of the organization can be enhanced. The data collected from both sources are considered reliable and useful seeking the future aspect of the company (Manu et al., 2021).
