What you have to do In this assignment, you are required to complete two (2) tasks: Task 1 – CHCDIV001: Part A – Answer two (2) questions regarding culturally diverse groups in your community. Part B – Answer eleven (11) questions in as much detail as possible Task 2 – CHCDIV002: Part A – Watch the video provided and answer one (1) question. In order to be deemed competent in these units you must satisfy all elements specific to the units and the essential knowledge and critical aspects of assessment in a range of situations. Choose one (1) of the groups from this page and explain how this group is marginalised in your community. 2. Provide two (2) inclusive strategies which could be used to overcome communication barriers and day-to-day obstacles this group might experience living in the community. Part B Answer the following eleven (11) questions in as much detail as possible. 1. What information about a cultural group should you have in order to work effectively with them? 2. What types of diversity might you encounter in your role? 3. How can your attitudes impact diverse groups of people? 4. How can cultural diversity impact different areas of work? 5.
