The prevention of evil in every idealized form of society is done throughproper implementationof law and order. In fact, there are high and low scales of penalizing individuals as per the amount of crime that they have done. Death penalty i.e. the lawful execution of life of someone is a debatable issue in terms of ethical parameters of living in the practical world. People argue that death penalty is ethically incorrect to implement in the society. Indeed, if seen from the broad social and theological perspective, death penalty contains ethical issues because it lets human beings to violatethroughthe fundamental principles of living, it does to help theevil doerrealize his error and thus follow the process of resurrection as well as it is against the religious norms of valuing the human life.
