of law and order. In fact, there are high and low scales of penalizing individuals as per the amount of crime that they have done. Death penalty i.e. the lawful execution of life of someone is a debatable issue in terms of ethical parameters of living in the practical world. People argue that death penalty is ethically incorrect to implement in the society. Indeed, if seen from the broad social and theological perspective, death penalty contains ethical issues because it lets human beings to violate
