I need help getting the names to in the program to show when the command is given

Ex: Lets say I have entered Jack's information with the below information , then entered Jill's information with the below information. How can it show?

Also, need help getting the commands to work.

Create a c++ program that uses SQL Queue Containers.

For the following program create a menu that uses commands:

1. Add


2. Next


3. Previous


4. Delete


5. Order Size


6. View list


7. View the current order

Use the SQL queue containers listed below:

 Each order will be put in the queue and will be called on a first come first-served basis.

1. enQueue:  Adds the order in the queue


2. DeQueue:  Deletes the order from the queue


3. Peek: Returns the order that is top in the queue without removing it


4. IsEmpty: checks do we have any orders in the queue


5. Size:  returns the number of orders that are in the queue


6. List: returns the name of people that have placed an order in the queue

While adding a new order in the queue, the program will be capable of collecting the following order information:

1. Name for order


2. Food description


3. Total for food


4. Tip given

Make sure all commands work and are correctly implemented for the program to meet ALL requirements.
