Artificial Intelligence is the most trending modern technology which shall be part of every software in near future (Goksel, 2019), thus impacting the future of businesses and fundamentally influencing the society. The educational institution selected for this paper is TAFE NSW. The paper discusses the problem faced by the organization during the pandemic and explores how Artificial Intelligence can offer a long term solution. The use cases explored and researched include chat robots, also called chatbots, machine learning and Robotic Process Automation. A virtual advisor chatbot is proposed as the solution along with its benefits for TAFE NSW and feasibility of its integration with the existing system. Furthermore, recommendations are made for TAFE to implement in order to comprehensively address the problem statement of the chatbot use case.

TAFE NSW offers a wide range of vocational and educational training programs as a high quality practical skills provider. The institution aims at crating job-ready graduates for the industry contributing to the economy and skill set of the region.
It offers vocational education training on a large scale offering substantial opportunity with intense competition. The organization has witnessed an exponential growth in the number of students interested in online learning which gives rise to the need of new and emerging technologies that the organization intends to incorporate.
