The proprietor has been reluctant to upgrade the manual system used in “Booksforyou”. But now the proprietor has started to realise that he needs to do something to stay competitive in the market place. Your company has been approached by “Booksforyou” to complete an analysis and quotation for the upgrade of their information and data system. Located in Melbourne CBD, organisation has 2 offices located within 1000 meters away from each other. Office 1 has two floors and currently 10 staff members are working including IT department, Library and Customer Support.
